Scott and I have so many memories of Ronnie. We loved spending time at the lake house with him when all of us we young and worry-free. I especially remember when he told me to hold the Black Cat firecracker while he lit it and then he told me to just throw it. Of course, it popped in my hand and he chuckled and made fun of me. We also had fun camping in the rain and traveling in the infamous family bus. As an adult, I will always remember how Ronnie volunteered to move my mom (Beth) to New Mexico, not just once, but several times. He had a kind soul, a soft-spoken spirit, and a heart made of gold. Scott and I will always cherish our memories of Ronnie and our youthful adventures together. Patti and Scott Shaffer
