Mr. Gerald Don Lindley, age 78 of Winnsboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 in Tyler. He was born on May 31st, 1940 in Winnsboro to the late Reuben Lindley and Floy Pauline Minshew Lindley. He was a retired Welder and member of Pineview Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Peggy Lindley of Winnsboro, son, Steven Lindley and his wife Brenda of Pittsburg; daughters, Tina Romine and her husband, Tracy of Winnsboro and Lisa Boyette and her husband, Sid of Lindale; sister, Ima Lindley Searcy of Duncanville; five grandchildren, Jason Boyette and wife, Gretta, Hali Naron and husband Jason, Kelly Robinson and husband, Ryan, Kristi Russell and husband, Jordan and Tanner Lindley; six great grandchildren, Conner Boyette, Bailee Boyette, Madison Russell, Jace Naron, Emma Claire Robinson and soon to be, Maverick Russell along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20th, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 21st, 2019 at Beaty Funeral Home at 2:00 pm, Bro. Ronny Spence conducting, interment will follow at Smyrna Cemetery in Winnsboro, with Ken Bradshaw, Blake Lanagan, Stephen Essl, Greg Shurbet, Bobby Lindley, Bob Landry serving as pallbearers.
