My condolences to the family. I grew up across the street from Thad and his brother Tony from when I had just started Kindergarten, until some time around Junior High. These two were so competitive of each other. It did not matter what it was, football, baseball, a foot race, or trading punches! Thad being the youngest, never had any problem holding his own. He definitely got his share of wins! I can not even begin to list all the fond memories that we made, from camping, sports, playing hide and go seek, sneaking out at night and running the streets of the neighborhood. Of course those were different days. Thad and I ran across each other around the time that he was a police officer, but both of us were busy with life and did not get to do much catching up. I miss the old days on Timberview and will cherish them forever. Wow, I am just realizing that at this moment Amazing Grace is playing on the radio that I have in the background. How sweet the sound! Until we meet again my friend. I'm sure you will be missed by all who knew you. Rest in Peace.

My deepest condolences to the family. May God's future promises at John 5:28,29 of an earthly resurrection and Revelation 21:3,4 of no more suffering or death bring you comfort. Until that time comes, God assures us at Psalm 34:18 that he "is close to the brokenhearted" and "saves those who are crushed in spirit." So he understands your pain and grief and is eager to help you by giving you the strength you need to cope during this most difficult time. (Philippians 4:13)
